What common spaces will be shared amongst residency participants?
As a residency participant you will have access to all of our shared spaces and amenities, which include:
The Hive: our primary gathering space. Renovated stone house with a kitchen, permanent tables and seating, work spaces, storage, and Wifi. The outdoor area of the Hive will have a lounge area and small park.
Trem: Open-air, covered circular deck overlooking the lush forest
Design Studio & Sound Lab: Equipment and space for co-working, and experimentation
Sacred Spaces: Treehouses and meditation spaces tucked throughout Estavela for private relaxation and connection with nature
The Farm: Biodynamic permaculture farm that will grow organic produce & herbs for our community. Will also include a greenhouse & perennial orchards throughout the entire property.
Swimming Beaches: Throughout the area.
Hiking Trails: Trails through forest for hiking, and village trail for running and biking.
What is and what isn't included in the trip?
INCLUDED: Accommodations, 3 whole-food meals per day (adhering to dietary restrictions), all activities & extracurriculars, and all transportation in the country after you arrive on site.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare, transportation to and from the airport to the site (carpooling & ride information provided), private housing, visa fees, and insurance fees.
Is it possible to join a trip late or leave early?
To respect each guest’s experience and protect the container of the space, we do not allow guests to join the trip late.
If you need to depart from the group early, you will need to make your own transportation arrangements at an additional cost.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
REFUND POLICY
We understand that unexpected events arise that can affect your plans.
If you cancel more than 60 days before the Regenerative Jungle Residency start date, you may request a partial refund of 50%.
All trips payments become non-refundable less than 60 days before the trips start date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation must be made in writing (via email) and be acknowledged by Ecoversity in writing (via email).
Fees apart from the deposit can be refunded in special circumstances, including:
• Serious injury or illness of the participant
• Serious injury or illness of a close family member
